Coaches Inc. is one of the most powerful entities in the world of NFL draft scouting. This organization, which is commanded by Dennis Cordell, is comprised of some of the greatest minds associated with the NFL over the last forty years. Cordell, a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the George Mason University School of Law, began working for the NFL Coaches Association in August 1999. While there he served as Assistant Executive Director. As Staff Counsel for the NFL Players Association from June 2005 through January 2006, Dennis represented various NFL players in fine appeal hearings, dealt with agent regulations and participated in collective bargaining sessions with the Arena Football League on behalf of the AFL Players Association. He left the NFLPA and found Coaches Inc.
